The Cumann na bhFear (Men’s Shed) on Sandy
Road is becoming a very popular venue for a range of weekly arts, crafts and
traditional skills courses and workshops.
Subjects range from making fireside
accessories at a blacksmithy session to producing bat/bird boxes at a
woodturning workshop. The latest addition to the Cumann’s programme are Art
classes mentored by JJ McDonogh.
The courses are available to male and
